University College instructor Bob Bentz has penned a new book about mobile marketing, titled “Relevance Raises Response.” Released this month, the book provides strategies and tactics for increased customer engagement via mobile marketing. Bob was inspired to write the text based on his experience as an instructor at DU’s University College.

“I began supplementing the [class's assigned] book by writing my own content to bring the book up-to-date with the current developments and trends in the industry,” he said. “By the time the semester was over, I had already written a good foundation of my own book.”
