I have been a supporter of, and have been supported by the Colorado Nonprofit Association (CNA) for more than 20 years. When I dreamed up a 501 ( C ) 3, I turned to CNA for ideas and where I could find the forms. As a member of the board of a small community nonprofit with a less than functioning board, I researched ideas through CNA. As I started to develop the Philanthropic Leadership concentration, I went to CNA for thoughts and cutting-edge ideas about the field and got them. Each year, CNA has a fall conference, where I learn the latest information, get excited about the evolving importance of nonprofits in our social fabric, and enjoy the fellowship of many people who are passionate about filling needs for others.
The early bird deadline is fast approaching. Better yet, want a chance to win a free pass? Head over to the University College Facebook page to see about our conference pass giveaway! Please join me at the conference and stop by our booth and say hi.
